Question 1

What does a sourcing partner help with?

Accepted Answer

A sourcing partner supports the connection between your brief and a workable supply route — for example supplier communication, quote comparison, samples, documentation, quality coordination and shipping handover.

Question 2

Can I start with only a photo or product link?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A reference image or link is a useful starting point. The next step is to clarify the material, finish, target market, quantity and any details that cannot be seen in the image.

Question 3

What information should I prepare before requesting a quote?

Accepted Answer

Share a product reference, estimated quantity, key specifications, target market, budget range and timeline. The clearer the brief, the more useful the supplier comparison can be.

Question 4

What is MOQ and why does it vary?

Accepted Answer

MOQ means minimum order quantity. It depends on product complexity, materials, factory setup, customization and the supplier’s normal production model. Existing products often have more flexibility than custom development.

Question 5

Can you help compare several suppliers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Comparisons can consider product fit, communication, capacity, sample response, commercial terms and quality-related signals — not only the first unit price.

Question 6

Should I order a sample before a bulk order?

Accepted Answer

For most new products or new suppliers, a sample is a sensible way to review physical details before committing to production. It also gives you a clearer reference for final specifications.

Question 7

Can samples from different suppliers be combined?

Accepted Answer

Where timing and destination requirements allow, approved samples can be consolidated into a single shipment. We confirm the practical options before arranging delivery.

Question 8

Can I see photos before a sample ships?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A documented photo review can be arranged so you can evaluate key details before deciding on final delivery or requesting a revision.

Question 9

How is product quality checked?

Accepted Answer

The quality scope is agreed around your product’s important details, such as appearance, dimensions, function, labeling and packaging. Findings are recorded for your review before shipment decisions are made.

Question 10

Can quality checks follow my own checklist?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share your acceptance points, reference sample, measurements and defect priorities. We can use these to create a more targeted inspection workflow.

Question 11

What if a check finds an issue?

Accepted Answer

We document the finding and discuss practical next steps, which may include clarification, rework discussion, further sample review or a revised production decision.

Question 12

Which shipping method is best for my order?

Accepted Answer

The best method depends on volume, product type, timing, destination and budget. Express, air, sea and consolidated routes each have different trade-offs, so we compare the practical options for your shipment.

Question 13

Can several suppliers ship together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Goods from more than one supplier can often be received and prepared for a consolidated shipment, subject to product, timing and destination requirements.

Question 14

Will I receive shipping documents and updates?

Accepted Answer

We keep the handover organized with the relevant packing, shipment and tracking information for the route you choose.

Question 15

Can I add my logo and custom packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the product, customization can include logo application, packaging, color, materials or selected product modifications. A sample is recommended before bulk production.

Question 16

Do I need print-ready artwork to start OEM work?

Accepted Answer

Any existing logo or reference is helpful, but a product photo, simple sketch and description can start an options discussion. Final production artwork should be confirmed before release.

Question 17

How are service fees and third-party costs handled?

Accepted Answer

The service scope is discussed before work begins. Costs such as samples, courier shipments, laboratory testing or specialist inspections are identified separately when they apply to a project.

Question 18

Can I choose the support scope for a repeat order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once a supplier and product are established, the project may need a more focused coordination, quality or shipping scope than a first-time sourcing project.
