Commission by order value: under USD 5,000 is 7–8%, USD 5,000–20,000 is 5–6%, above USD 20,000 is 4%. If the commission is lower than the minimum, the minimum applies. Samples, courier, freight, molds and lab testing are charged at cost and quoted before you pay.

These are the rules from our refund policy, set out by stage, so you know where you stand before you pay a deposit. If your signed PI (proforma invoice) says something different, the PI applies.
