Frequently asked questions
Can I order less than the MOQ?
Tell us your quantity and we will ask the factory. For stock styles, a smaller trial order is sometimes possible.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. You pay the actual sample cost and courier. If you place a bulk order within 60 days, the sample cost is deducted from it. Otherwise the sample cost is not refunded.
Can this product be customised?
Usually yes. The usual options are listed above. Extra costs and MOQ depend on the factory and your quantity.
How do you check quality?
Before you pay the balance, we inspect the goods and send you photos and video. One pre-shipment inspection is included in our fee.
How is it shipped?
By sea, air or express, quoted for each shipment. We can combine it with other products in our Yiwu warehouse, with up to 30 days of free storage.
How much is your service fee?
Our commission is 4–8% of the order value, with a minimum fee per order. The factory price and our fee are listed separately on your PI.
