Commission by order value
We charge a commission on the ex‑factory value of the goods. The larger the order, the lower the rate.

Where your order falls inside a range depends on how much work it needs, for example the number of suppliers, custom packaging or OEM development. We confirm the exact rate before you pay.
Minimum service fee
Small orders still take real time to manage, so each order has a minimum fee. If the commission works out lower than the minimum, the minimum applies.

What the commission includes
- Supplier search and comparison (full sourcing)
- Price, MOQ and payment‑term negotiation with the factory

- One pre‑shipment inspection (AQL 2.5) with photos and video before you pay the balance

What is charged separately
These costs are quoted before you commit and appear as separate lines on your PI.
- Samples: you pay the actual sample cost (stock samples are typically USD 10–50 per item). Sample costs are deducted from a bulk order placed within 60 days. Otherwise they are not refunded.
- Sample courier: charged at the courier’s actual rate, which depends on weight, size and destination. We quote it before sending, and it is not refundable once the parcel is handed to the courier. International express often costs more than the samples themselves, so see the tips below.
- Shipping, duties and taxes: quoted for each shipment based on route, method and destination.
- Molds, tooling and lab testing: quoted separately when your product needs them.

How to save on sample shipping
- Combine samples into one parcel: samples from different factories are sent to our Yiwu office first. We check them and ship them to you together, which costs much less than one parcel per factory.
- Use your own courier account: if you have a DHL, FedEx or UPS account, we can ship on your account (freight collect) at your contract rate.
- Ship with your first bulk order: samples you do not need to see in advance can travel with the first bulk shipment at no extra courier cost.
How payment works
For bulk orders we use a 50% deposit to start production and a 50% balance after you have seen the pre‑shipment inspection report. All payments go to our company account, Yiwu Chengjieyi E‑commerce Co., Ltd. Card and PayPal are mainly for samples. Full bank details are on our payment page and on your PI.
